Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, your experience matters to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

For unopened and unused items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
