  • Due to the nature of small batch, handcrafted products, please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped

  • Once orders have shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are beyond the control of Earth & Tallow

  • While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, Earth & Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

  • Earth & Tallow is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently damaged, lost or stolen from the delivery location

  • If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
