Due to the nature of small batch, handcrafted products, please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped
Once orders have shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are beyond the control of Earth & Tallow
While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, Earth & Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Earth & Tallow is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently damaged, lost or stolen from the delivery location
